Details

Gorton (Racine, Wis.) pantograph engraving machine from the WWII era. Its plate reads "War Finish By Order L-108 War Production Board." It has a floor pedestal, a round rotary copy table with a slotted holder, a T-slot work table with handwheels, a Cutler-Hammer motor switch, a belt-drive motor, a tool tray with collets/cutters, and an air blow gun. The model isn't confirmed (likely a 3-U or similar).

It's coming out of a warehouse cleanout, so it's sold as-is. It looks complete, with worn paint, but it hasn't been run.

For engravers, award shops, or collectors of WWII-era machinery. Also offered as part of an engraving-shop bundle with the Alexander die-sinker and GHA cutter grinder (see the Engraving Shop Package listing). Email us about this item.
