Three Marsh Stencil Machine Co. (Belleville, IL) hand-operated rotary stencil cutting machines, sold together as a set. These are complete units with the character dial wheel, punch lever, and board guide table. One is light gray (older) and two are dark gray. The plates read "Cut stencil board and light weight rigid plastic sheet only."
It's coming out of a warehouse cleanout, so it's sold as-is. They're dirty from storage and all three appear complete, but none have been test-cut. Character size and model letter aren't confirmed yet.
